A shot of espresso topped with hot water: historically brewed for overseas American soldiers in Italy during WWII to emulate then unavailable percolated coffee, which was known outside of North America as a “cup of joe” and named as such for American G.I.s. CANADACANO *DEC Original

An Americano with Maple Syrup. We didn't know him personally, but we're pretty sure it's what Gord would've wanted--that and fair treatment and respect for our First Nations friends and neighbours. Try it with cream!

A shot of espresso prepared with a drizzle of warm milk. “Cortado” is derived from the Spanish word “cortar” which means “to cut.” Because it’s small, and simple, and cuts complexity while still being delicious.
