How it works:

-It’s like Music Trivia, only you have to keep score on a bingo card, OR it’s like Bingo, only you have to know the songs to mark the square!

-Seating is first come, first served. (No reservations; sorry.)

-The event will run from 7pm-9pm so we advise arriving as early as 6:30 as seating fills up very quickly.

-Cost is $2.00 per card (limit of one per customer unless otherwise stated by the host) with all card proceeds going to support UNITE AGAINST HATE

Welcome to Dog-Eared Café’s Poetry Open Mic Night! All levels of experience are encouraged to come out and share. Each month we’re trying out new themes to get the ink flowing, though all poetry is welcomed for sharing. February’s theme is, of course, LOVE. The theme isn’t strict – if you’ve got something else to share, we’d be delighted to hear it! So, poetry lovers near and far, come out Friday, February 2nd for an extraordinary evening of words, writers, and, if you’re up for it, wine (for $16.99!!!).

We are excited to welcome writers Manahil Bandukwala, Nimra Bandukwala, Kathryn Carter, Kimia Eslah, David McPherson, Frances Roberts-Reilly, and Elizabeth Tarr to present their original work with us in Paris, Ontario.
